Edge Plumbing LLC Plumbing Services – Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the plumbing services of Edge Plumbing LLC, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, as well as any other applicable agreements or documents. These terms govern the services provided by Edge Plumbing LLC and any related services.

2. Services Provided
Edge Plumbing LLC provides a variety of plumbing services including, but not limited to, repairs, installations, maintenance, inspections, and emergency services. A detailed description of the specific services will be outlined in the service agreement or work order provided before commencement of any job.

3. Payment Terms
All services are billed in accordance with the pricing structure provided by Edge Plumbing LLC at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments may be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees as detailed in the service agreement.

4. Estimates and Quotes
Written or verbal estimates are provided by Edge Plumbing LLC prior to the start of any work. These estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes to the estimate will be communicated promptly and require client approval before proceeding.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Warranties and Guarantees
Edge Plumbing LLC guarantees its work to meet industry standards and provides warranties on materials and labor as specified in the service agreement or work order. Warranties are void if work is altered, tampered with, or repaired by another party. Details of any warranty coverage will be provided to the Client at the time of the job.

7. Liability
Edge Plumbing LLC is fully insured and licensed to perform plumbing services. However, Edge Plumbing LLC is not liable for any damage to the property that occurs due to the Client’s failure to maintain plumbing systems, or for any pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the commencement of the job.

8. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their plumbing needs and to grant reasonable access to their property for the completion of the services. The Client also agrees to be responsible for any necessary permits or approvals required for the work.

9. Emergency Services
Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7. The Client acknowledges that additional fees may apply for emergency services outside of normal business hours. Emergency rates will be communicated before work begins.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Edge Plumbing LLC will take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of the Client’s personal and property information. All information will be used exclusively for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Client and Edge Plumbing LLC agree to make efforts to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or handled through legal channels, as per the jurisdiction in which the company operates.

12. Amendments to Terms
Edge Plumbing LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any legal action or proceeding under these terms shall be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by the applicable laws.
